The Postville Farmers Market will be starting its 2025 season with a visit from Iowa State University’s The Conservation Station.

July 10 through September 25, the Postville Farmers Market will be offering food and goods for sale, as well as music and food trucks on Thursdays from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at 101 East Greene Street.

On July 10, the Postville Farmers Market will have a Conservation Station trailer from Iowa State University Extension and Outreach present. They will be serving free popcorn and hosting interactive stations for visitors, including a Rainfall Simulator, Poo Toss game and Watershed game.

The Conservation Station (a fleet of trailers that educates people on conservation subjects, one of which will be in Postville) teaches visitors of all ages about the science of water quality and natural resources through hands-on activities, led by Iowa State University faculty, staff, or student interns.
