Construction to close Frankville Road

FRANKVILLE - The Winneshiek County Secondary Roads Department has announced that Highway W-48 (Frankville Road) will close to through traffic due to construction.

The project, which will include reconstruction of crossroad culverts, will make the highway unpassable due to excavation work from Iowa Highway 9 to the Winneshiek-Allamakee County line.

The closure is expected to last through the remainder of the summer months.
