Big Four Fair set for this weekend

Friday, June 14

FAIR ENTRIES DUE

9 am – 10:30 am Junior Division Judging

10 am – 9 pm Food Stand is Open

10:30 am Dress Review / Clothing Selection at

Dreamland Pavilion (Style Show and presentations 

immediately following the judging)

1 pm Open Class Projects Judging – Culinary, Fancy

Work, Photo, Farm, Garden Judging 

(if article is soiled - judge may refuse ribbon placing.)

2 pm – Dusk Carnival Games

3 pm Dog Show

6 pm Food Contest entries due

7 pm Hometown Celebration Parade 

(following the parade is the Little Mister and Miss judging)

7:30 pm Health papers are required for all animals! All livestock must be on grounds. 

Livestock will be unloaded/loaded from the north side, 

Co-op Drive. (Signs will be posted.)

7:30 pm Weigh-in (Beef, Sheep, Meat Goat)

(Beef weigh-in will be followed immediately by sheep weigh-in)

8:30 pm – 12:30 am FREE • FREE • FREE

7:30 am 5K Run/Walk sponsored by NEIAWRC

(Race starts and ends at the Fairgrounds.)

8 am BBQ Cook Off Contest Begins

8 am – 9 pm Food Stand Open

8 am – 9 am Hog Show Entries Due 

(weigh-in; MUST BE ON TIME)

8:30 – 9 am Lego Creations drop off; 

(Lego Creations judging at 10 am and release at Noon)

9 am Dairy Show (The show will take a break after the Junior

Champion is chosen for the Kiddie Calf Show [12 p.m. approx]. 

The Dairy Show will then resume [12:30 p.m. approx.].)

10 am Kiddie Tractor Pull; Sign-in starts at 9:30 am
