Bossom fires final relays

Longtime Postville coach and track and field official Jim Bossom started his final track meet Tuesday, an event that has been named after him for the past three years. Bossom was the first Pirate girls track coach in 1970 and held the role for 34 years until moving into officiating, which he has done for more than 20 years. He also spent his entire teaching career in Postville.
