Superintendent releases schedule through the end of 2020; Junior high sports have resumed

Superintendent of Schools, Tim Dugger has confirmed the attendance schedule for the rest of schedule leading up to winter break.

Mr. Dugger explained, “I visited with the officials at Allamakee Public Health Friday morning concerning our schedule between now and the end of the year. I shared our data with them and asked for their recommendation.”

Among the data shared was the fact that 72 students were cleared to return from quarantine on Monday, December 14 and the substitute teachers have been lined up to cover staff absences for the next week.

Following the discussion, the following schedule was agreed upon:

Monday, December 14: Regular in-person class day was held

Tuesday, December 15: Regular in-person class day was held

Wednesday, December 16: Remote learning day/students learn at home while the staff is to report to school.

Thursday, December 17: Regular in-person class day

Friday, December 18: Regular in-person class day

Monday, December 21: Regular in-person class day

Tuesday, December 22: Regular in-person class day

Wednesday, December 23: Winter Break begins
