Silver and Gold Day for Postville FFA

On March 8, members of the Postville FFA chapter traveled to Waterloo for the Northeast District FFA contest. 

Madelyn Connell received gold in Reporter’s Scrapbook. Jacob White received silver in Extemporaneous Speaking. The Parliamentary Procedures team – Addison Bentley, Olivia Guese, Toryn Timp, Isabelle White, and Ashley Zweibohmer – received silver. The Ag Impact team – Tenley Deering, Bradley Enyart, Braylon Guese, Nayeli Palafox-Schultz, Laramie Schultz, and Zayden Zieman – received silver. Greenhand Test takers included Fernanda Hernandez, Isabella Koenig, John Melcher, Claire Schroeder, and Lauren White. Olivia Enyart and Cameron Moeller took the Chapter Test. Madelyn Connell, Moises Hernandez, and Ariana Menne took the Farm Business Management Test. The chapter also had two delegates that voted for the new Northeast district officers. The delegates were Madelyn Connell and Ariana Menne. Ashley Zweibohmer accepted the Superior National Chapter Award. Prestyn Bahr and Jacob White were recognized for Academic Achievement.
