Sara Palas recognized by the Professional Photographers of Iowa

Professional photographer Sara Palas of Sara Palas Photography in Postville was recently recognized in the Professional Photographers of Iowa’s Fall Print Competition. Palas received two honorable mention awards for her images: “Daijah” in the Lil’ Miss Photogenic category and “Dalton” in the Mr. Photogenic category.

In the competition, photographs are judged on their composition, lighting, posing, cropping and more. The judging is done by a panel of elite photographers as part of the Professional Photographers of Iowa’s annual fall conference in Des Moines.
