Boys finish seventh at UIC indoor; Silva second in the 1600 meter run

The Pirate Boys participated in the Luther Indoor Meet last week where they finished in seventh place. 

Nick Jacobs finished fifth in both the 55 meter dash and 200 meter run. His times were 7.09 and 26.24 respectively.

Wilson Perez was eighth in the 800 meter run with a time of 2:31.56.

Brayan Silva was second in the 1600 meter run with a time of 5L20.28 and Perez was fourth in the 3200 meter run with a time of 12:01.92.

Isaac Steffans was fifth in the shot put with a throw of 35-10.00.

Also scoring points were the 4 x 400 meter relay team with a time of 4:19.25; 4 x 800 meter relay with a time of 11:19.02 and the distance medley team with a time of 4:33.68.
