Board of Education approves several hires, agrees to share business official with North Winneshiek

The Postville Board of Education approved several hires at their meeting December 11. Blanca Nunez was hired as the three year old preschool/junior kindergarten associate; Donna Green, will also be a three year old preschool/junior kindergarten associate. Anne Friederich was hired as the assistant speech coach. Kallie Heitland is the new health paraprofessional; Paula Enyart, is an after school associate; Marcy Kraus, is the after school coordinator of curriculum and Meca Loftsgard, is the after school coordinator of staff scheduling.

The Board recognized several gifts to the district including: 

Luana Savings Bank, $200, children in need; Postville Athlete Booster Club, $4,846.60 rock for ball diamonds; Salem UCC Mary Circle, $25 for milk money.

Following unanimous approval, School Business Official Melissa Fettkether will be shared with the North Winneshiek School District.
