Bass Auto Repair and Service opens on S. Lawler Street

Giora Bass, who has had many business ventures in Postville over the past 20 years, opened Bass Auto Repair and Service on S. Lawler Street in downtown Postville on January 7.

Bass explained, “When I saw that the building was for sale I thought it would be a perfect location. With Kwik Star coming to town, it is a very busy corner and I know there will be many people stopping in the area.”

The shop hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:30 to 3 p.m. Friday and Sunday by appointment. The shop, however, is closed on Saturdays. Anyone wishing to call and make an appointment can do so by calling (563) 863-3300.
