Alice Irene Harberts of Ankeny, Iowa formerly of Postville, Oelwein, and Waterloo, Iowa died on Sunday, December 3, 2017 at Grandview Healthcare Center in Oelwein, Iowa.

Visitation will be held from 6-8 pm on Friday, December 15, 2017 at Schutte-Grau Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Postville, Iowa. There will also be a one hour visitation before services at the church on Saturday.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, December 16, 2017 at Community Presbyterian Church, Postville, Iowa with Rev. Cathy Young as the Officiant.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to One Iowa or to the family to establish a scholarship in Alice's memory for those in a helping profession.

Schutte-Grau Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Postville, Iowa is helping the family with arrangements.
